Our Story
Rooster Brew Espresso opened its doors in 2011 on N Goerig St with a simple belief: that a great cup of coffee can transform an ordinary morning.
We source single-origin beans and roast them to bring out their natural character — whether that's a bright Ethiopian pour-over or a deep, chocolatey espresso. Every drink is pulled by hand, every pour is intentional.
Woodland has been our home for over a decade. We know our regulars by name, and we treat every visitor like they've walked in for the first time — because to us, they have.
